David
has been in the employee benefits business for nearly 20 years and is
well versed in all areas of fully-insured benefit plans. He's been in
sales and managerial roles for most of his career, including Regional
Vice President , with both Sun Life Financial and UnumProvident.
David's
accomplishments are many, including "Office of the Year" award for
outstanding sales achievement and exemplary operation management. This
award was the result of displaying leadership that combined integrity,
honesty, a solid knowledge base, attention to quality service and
commitment to the client. The philosophy epitomizes David's character
and is also the building block upon which Titan Benefit Communications
was founded.
David
holds a CES (Certified Enrollment Specialist) designation as well as
Life, Accident and Health Agent license in Michigan and several other
states.

Daryl
F. Oliver, CES

Daryl
has been in the employee benefit business for nearly 15 years, both as
an underwriter and a sales representative. Prior to launching Titan,
Daryl was associated with CNA Group Benefits and UnumProvident. During
his tenure with these two companies, he was the recipient of numerous
national sales awards including "Sales Representative of the Year" in
1998, 1999 and 2000.
Daryl
embodies the philosophy of "Outrageous Service" which has ensured his
customer relationships are the best in the benefits industry. His
attention to the needs of the client is always first and foremost;
quality, commitment, dedication and delivery are the cornerstones of
his character.
Daryl
holds his CES (Certified Enrollment Specialist) designation and holds
both Life, Accident and Health and Property and Casualty licenses in
Michigan and several other states.

Laura
Larkins, CES

Laura was awarded a
position on the Titan Team in May 2004 in recognition of her vast
experience in the insurance industry. Along with the ability to develop
long term relationships, foster harmony, and the desire to educate and
communicate the general sector on voluntary benefits, she is
well-versed in all aspects of the benefits business and able to
coordinate and facilitate the implementation of a variety of products
and plans.
As the National Account Manager for Titan, Laura is the liaison between
the sales team, the broker, the client, and the insurance carriers to
ensure the implementation of the enrollment is flawlessly expedited.
This role combines the expertise of product and process knowledge, but
mostly the ability to develop cooperative relationships and a strong
commitment to providing the highest level of service and customer
satisfaction.
Laura holds a CES (Certified Enrollment Specialist) designation as well
as Life, Accident and Health Agent license in Michigan and twenty-three
additional states.

Leslie
Garoufalis, CES
ACCOUNT MANAGER

Leslie has worked in the
employee benefits field for over 15 years. She has extensive knowledge
with a variety of benefit plans, including Defined Benefit, Defined
Contribution, 401(k), Supplemental Unemployment Benefit, Flexible
Spending Accounts and Self-Funded and Fully Insured Medical Plans. With
this well-rounded background, Leslie has added valuable depth to our
pool of talent!
Coordination,
organization, and the ability to formulate a successful strategy for
our more complex enrollments, have been the key components in her
implementation planning. Working with Leslie will streamline the
enrollment process superbly and she will become a vital extension of
your human resource department.
Leslie obtained a CES
(Certified Enrollment Specialist) designation and is also a licensed
agent in the State of Michigan, and various other states, for Life,
Accident and Health.

Deb
Demeter
CASE MANAGER

Deb
has worked as an Account Manager in employee benefits for more than 25
years on both the carrier and the broker side of the business. She has
a vast array of knowledge and experience in group employee benefits, as
well as voluntary benefits.
Deb's experience in the
implementation, enrollment procedures, product knowledge and ongoing
service of cases from 100 lives to several thousand lives provides a
well rounded background for her position here at Titan.
Deb obtained a CES
(Certified Enrollment Specialist) designation and is a licensed
Life/Health agent in the State of Michigan, while maintaining a
L&H license in several other states.

Kathy
Grohs, CES
CUSTOMER CARE DIRECTOR

Kathy
is the steady strength behind Titan. She is responsible for the
day-to-day office operations and serves as one of our most valuable
resources in the communication of Voluntary Worksite Benefits. Kathy is
highly adaptable - she meets with employees one-on-one, conducts
pre-enrollment group meetings, and problem solves on all levels.
She also heads up our
Customer Care unit which handles calls, inquiries, and correspondence
from clients, employees, and carriers; all of whom are Titan customers.
Kathy attended Western
Michigan University, majoring in Accounting. She has a CES (Certified
Enrollment Specialist) designation and holds a license for Health,
Life, and Accident in Michigan and several other states.

Katie
Tierney
OFFICE COORDINATOR

Katie
is Titan's Office Coordinator and is responsible for ensuring the
office runs smoothly on a daily basis. She joined the Titan Team in
April 2004 and has become indispensable in her role.
As the Office Coordinator, Katie oversees a variety of functions
including maintenance of the Titan Website, handling enroller
compensation and expenses, supply and inventory management,
organization and documentation of our marketing items, and compilation
of carrier and product comparisons. She is also responsible for
maintaining the licensing and appointments of all Titan employees and
our benefit counselors.
