years of industry experience, the principals of Titan have the

methods of communication can vary from one-on-one computer enrollments
to benefit call centers, depending upon the various elements within the

Educating

basis and many have achieved the CES (Certified Enrollment Specialist)

personalized one-on-one payroll deduct enrollments. It also provides
Employee Benefit Statements which are a useful means of illustrating
the “hidden paycheck” providing employees with a true sense
of their entire compensation package. Employee benefits can represent
up to 40% of total payroll expenses. It is important that employees are
aware and understand their total compensation package rather than just
focusing on the dollar amount on their paycheck.
