Comfortable Counseling Experience
The use of
Salaried Benefit Specialists ensures a
"no pressure" enrollment process in the
workplace. The Counselors do not work on
any incentive basis and many have
achieved the CES (Certified Enrollment
Specialist) professional designation.
Technology
The use of laptop computers
allows for
personalized one-on-one payroll deduct
enrollments. Employee benefits can represent
up to 40% of total payroll expenses. It
is important that employees are aware
and understand their total compensation
package rather than just focusing on the
dollar amount on their paycheck.
Partnering The professional enrollment
staff becomes an extension of the
